Grated Vegetables (celery, carrot and beetroot)

They are preserved obtained from the stems of Apium graveolens L., the roots of Daucus carota L. and Beta vulgaris L., devoid of roots and leaves, shredded, packed and sterilized by use of heat in airtight containers.
