Mushroom

Canned mushrooms obtained from the cultivars of the genus Agaricus. Paris also called, this fungus has a neutral taste and delicate aroma with a slightly nogado in more mature specimens. It is relatively rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, potassium and niacin.
